yesterday at ts...
my passion for tkd was re ignited
not really re ignitied...
lets just say... re fueled...
amazing how sir does his things...
and i did some self training today
walked up the stairs 5 times...
all 11 floors...
not much really...
considering...
its only 11 floors at a time
other people can climb 70 floors...
so fit...
i only climbed 55 floors to be exact
but thats only the upward part...
myabe going down add a few floors...
so maybe around 60?
came back like i just ran 10 km...
i know its not much for professional runners
and its not much for those who run regularly...
but im just the type of people who have high inertia...
needs a lot of pushing to start and
requires a long time to stop...
and its not like you all dont know that running
needs a bit of passion and lot of energy to start...
and now back to the original topic...
I felt like puking...
actually it was just gas...
the meal was just digested...
the luo mi fan... glutinous rice or something like that
and mind you...
i finished my meal well over 2 hours ago...
was playing gunbound while waiting
just found out how good boomer was...
lost quite a lot to the pro boomer and armour...
crazy angles... impossible shots ...
they did it all...
anyway...
posting is out this week...
cant wait...
when do i start?
i very anxious to know sia
then i know how much time do i have left to train myself...
the arms and legs training is no problem
the main problem is
the abs...
now the playground is currently under going renovation...
or construction
whatever you wanna term it...
i wanna have at least 4 packs when i start schooling
